Hosting, Security & Privacy

Decideware applications are accessed "on-demand", across the Internet using a web browser, with no additional software required. The delivery platform has been through rigorous security due diligence and e-risk assessments both at a software and hosting level. Of course, we invite our clients to conduct their own audits.

Managed Hosting Services are provided at at out hosting partners own state of the art computer facility located with Global Switch (http://www.globalswitch.com) incorporating a highly-secure computer room environment, multi-redundant power services, custom web server and application monitoring tools providing 24 x 7 x 365 coverage. Servers are configured with full fail-over redundancy or utilise load-balancing technology for greater capacity and higher levels of resilience.
