Procurement Case study

We often start working with marketers to help assess their advertising agencies then expand to help the procurement department assess their other important suppliers.

In this case, we started working with one the world’s largest advertisers to help manage their extensive network of agencies, globally.

The program was successful and delivered benefits in terms of better relationships and agency performance.

The procurement department became aware of the initiative and asked if we would quote to provide a solution to address their non-agency, strategic suppliers.

Since being appointed, we have added many hundreds of suppliers to the procurement assessment program.

There are some similarities between the two programs and some differences. We work to two separate client teams, the assessment templates are, of course tailored to the needs of their specific vendor management teams and their reporting requirements are different. But essentially, we provide a similar technology and service to help both groups achieve the same outcomes – better supplier relationships and performance and all that goes with those gains.
