Clients typically live with the sense that they don't quite have a handle on what work is in the system at any point in time, because it's so dynamic and their SoW management process can't keep pace with the changes in scope.
Decideware developed our Scope of Work Manager tool in collaboration with clients who wanted a better solution than spreadsheets.
They were tired of never quite feeling in control and having deployed our evaluation tool they asked if we could work with them to address their SoW issues with an online software solution.
We said ‘yes'.
And now we have a number of clients working with us to help develop a SoW tool.
We believe this collaborative process will result in a global standard that can be adopted by all advertisers.
With clients all inputting their ideas and Decideware investing significant development resources, the tool is building rapidly to offer clients more features, which include:
