Agency Performance Evaluation & Supplier Performance Evaluation
Used to assess the relationship with, and performance of, key supplier relationships. This is our flagship software application, developed with input from some of the world’s largest companies managing complex supplier relationships with national and global scope.

Relationship Optimizer has been proven to lift response rates in agency performance evaluation & supplier performance evaluation surveys, generating valuable data which clients rely on to make important decisions about the performance of their key suppliers.

Scope of Works
In response to customer requests, we now have a Scope of Works software application available, as an addition to our suite of agency & supplier performance evaluation software modules.

Scope of Works Manager helps you, your colleagues and your suppliers (optional) to easily access one system to ensure you’re working collaboratively for great business outcomes.

Scope of Works has been specifically designed to:

1. Provide managers with an online Scope of Works tool to control supplier related expenditure

2. Capture, manage and share key data about supplier projects, including important timings, budgets, FTE, priorities, etc

3. Share information with colleagues and suppliers to help ensure that supplier work is completed on-time, on-brief and on-budget

Capabilities Management
Capabilities Manager is a roster management tool to manage all those suppliers who are, or who want to, work on your business. Large companies with a significant choice of suppliers can use this tool to help make decisions about which particular suppliers are best suited for any specific task. This is an extremely useful tool for geographically dispersed vendor management teams.

Note, we very recently updated this application to specifically address the needs of marketers managing their advertising agency rosters; including agency of record providers, agencies working on projects, niche audience specialists, etc.

Supplier Selection
Tools to underpin the supplier selection process, for example to manage the Request for Tender process. A great feature of this tool is its simplicity, many competitors in this area are just too hard to use. Our supplier selection tools are highly functional but easy to use.

Compensation Management
Major companies increasingly want to link compensation to performance. This tool helps to manage that process. Once again, customers benefit from the input this application has received from larger companies working at the forefront of agency & supplier performance management.
