Relationship Optimizer
Used to assess the relationship with, and performance of, key supplier relationships in any supplier category, direct and/or indirect. This is our flagship software application, developed with input from some of the world’s largest companies managing complex supplier relationships with national and global scope.

Relationship Optimizer has been proven to lift response rates in supplier performance evaluation surveys, generating valuable data which clients rely on to make important decisions about their relationships with their key suppliers.

Scope of Work
In response to customer requests, we developed a Scope of Work software application available, as an addition to our suite of agency & supplier performance evaluation software modules.

Scope of Work Manager helps you, your colleagues and your suppliers (optional) to easily access one system to ensure you’re working collaboratively for great business outcomes.

Scope of Work Manager has been specifically designed to:

1. Provide managers with an online Scope of Work tool to control supplier related expenditure

2. Capture, manage and share key data about supplier projects, including important timings, budgets, FTE, priorities, etc

3. Share information with colleagues and suppliers to help ensure that supplier work is completed on-time, on-brief and on-budget

Capabilities Management
Capability Manager is a roster management tool to manage all those suppliers who are, or who want to, work on your business.

Large companies with a significant choice of suppliers can use this tool to help make decisions about which particular suppliers are best suited for any specific task. This is an extremely useful tool for geographically dispersed vendor management teams.
