Clients use it to step though a process to define and weight the assessment criteria; assess multiple submissions against those criteria; and identify which best meets the criteria. Importantly as it is web-based, the platform allows assessment teams to work as a team or to submit their assessments as individuals without having to meet face to face. The process not only provides assistance to tender management teams, but it also generates meaningful feedback for the successful and unsuccessful suppliers.
