Working with a client to provide a global solution

Decideware has worked with a major advertiser over the past 4 years to grow their online assessment solution, from:

  • National to global
  • Assessing advertising agencies, only to also include indirect and direct vendors

Decideware was initially engaged to provide a best-in-class software solution to enable an existing, manual agency assessment process.  The scope was national (across the US) and the objective was to deliver benefits including:

  • Lower administration costs
  • Faster project completion times
  • A better survey interface and more engagement from stakeholders
  • Higher response rates
  • Better reports which would clarify the state of agency relationships and how they could be improved

Following the launch and 4 successful waves on reviews, the client asked us to help deploy the solution globally, across all their advertising geographies.

Later, they added non-agency supplier types in indirect and direct supply.

So now we provide a truly global solution which helps the client assess all their strategic suppliers with the one system.
