Decideware is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company specialising in software to assess and manage strategic supplier relationships and performance.
We help clients assess and improve the performance of their most important suppliers.
The information we capture, process and report is used to make decisions and implement actions that directly affect both the top and bottom line.
We also provide a comprehensive range of services to ensure every project is a success.
Because we work with some of the best known mid-to-large size companies across many sectors (retail, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, technology, communications, banking, manufacturing and utilities, for example) we've acquired a wealth of knowledge we can apply to your specific situation.

Our 10 years of experience working with the world's largest companies has given us unique insights into the problems both may be facing, and we have built on-line software solutions that address them.
Helping Marketers
In the marketing area we help make our clients' advertising budgets both more effective and efficient! Two critical ways we assist are in managing Agency Performance Evaluation programs and Scope of Work processes. Other modules provide innovative solutions that address Agency Collaboration and for storing key Agency Capability data so clients can ensure that the best vendors are working on their business.
Helping Procurement and IT Vendor Management
In the Strategic Supply segment we optimize our clients' costs, risk, quality and performance.
We provide a Supplier Performance Management solution that allows clients to deploy "balanced" Supplier Scorecards (across the most complex supply-base and globally if required).
And we understand that managing cost is just one dimension of getting better long terms value from critical vendor relationships.

Like many of the large companies we provide solutions for, Decideware has offices in the world's major regions. We have offices in San Francisco (servicing the USA, Canada and Latin America), London (servicing the UK and EU) and Sydney (servicing Asia Pacific). The Sydney office also houses our Research and Development team.
